DURGAPUJA CELEBRATION PESTALOZZI CHILDREN'S EDUCATION SOCIETY (JHARKHAND)
At Pestalozzi Children’s Education Society, the children celebrated Vijay Dashami and Navaratri with immense joy and devotion, making the festival a memorable and vibrant occasion. Throughout the nine days of Navaratri, they engaged in rituals, prayers, and the joyous festivities associated with Durga Puja. The celebrations fostered a sense of unity and cultural pride among the children, as they came together to honor Maa Durga, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil.
On the auspicious day of Vijay Dashami, the children put tika on each other's foreheads, marking the culmination of Navaratri with a traditional blessing. This tika ceremony symbolized prosperity, strength, and protection, fostering a feeling of closeness and mutual respect within the community. The children learned about the spiritual significance of Durga Puja and the values it teaches — resilience, courage, and the importance of standing against injustice.
